Information of the State Enterprise "Tekeli Professional College" on cooperation with leading international organizations

For several years, “Tekeli professional college” has been in contact with the Yurga Technological Institute of the Tomsk Polytechnic University of the Russian Federation, and in 2014, an agreement on mutual cooperation was concluded between educational institutions in order to exchange experience in educational and methodological work.

This cooperation provides college graduates with the opportunity to continue their free education at a higher educational institution in such technical specialties as mechanical engineering and metallurgy. At this time 16 college graduates are studying at this institute in technical specialties.

In the current academic year, the head of the ferrous metallurgy department of the Yurga Technological Institute of the Tomsk Polytechnic University, candidate of technical sciences Saprykin Alexander Alexandrovich gave a lecture for college students on the topic: "Prospects for the development of welding production."

The college staff sees great opportunities not only in cooperation with leading international organizations, but also in cooperation with higher educational institutions of the region. So, since 2015, the college staff has been closely cooperating with Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov, with which we are united by the training of personnel for the tourism sector. The teacher of the Department of Economics Rassima Khassanovna Shalashova has repeatedly taken part in competitions of professional skills held among college students "The best guide", "The best hotel worker".

Denissova Yuliya Anatolyevna took international advanced training courses at the Agency for Cooperation and Coordination under the Government of the Turkish Republic in the city of Astana on the topic "Development of tourism infrastructure" in the direction of "Organization of hotel services" (photo 1).

The State Enterprise "Tekeli Professional College" has established a system of interaction with social partners. Thanks to this, the college is introducing a dual training system for the second year in the specialty 1114000 Welding. At the beginning of the training, contracts were concluded with 5 social partner enterprises for the training of specialists: Elektrommanganets LLP, TGPK LLP, Fuel and energy complex LLP, SCKP at Tekeli Su Kubyry LLP, Crindstone LLP, curricula and training programs were agreed production practice. This year, another three-sided agreement was concluded with Alfa Mix LLP. Trainees using this training system, from the very first year, are sent to practice at the base of the above partner enterprises and undergo early adaptation to the workplace in production and to labor relations, as evidenced by the students' reports on the results of the practice (photo 1)

We can say that participation in the dual training system has increased the responsibility of partner enterprises for the quality of personnel training. An example of this is the annual allocation of metal by Tekeli Mining and Processing Complex LLP for repeated training of students' welding skills in the college workshop.

It has become a tradition in the college to hold the "Day of Social Partnership". So, this year, within the framework of this day, representatives of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs and social partners once again discussed the nuances of dual education, the first results of its implementation, as well as discussed the problems that arose and considered ways to solve them (photos 2, 3).

In order to establish closer contact with employers, the college staff held a number of other events as part of this event, such as master classes for students-future chefs and hairdressers (photo 4).

It is difficult to achieve the desired effect without a high-quality social partnership of an educational institution with an enterprise, a future employer. Therefore, the college staff is constantly looking for new forms of interaction with partners. Thus, the presentation of letters of gratitude to the best heads of practice from production at a solemn line dedicated to the beginning of the academic year, holding master classes at the enterprises in order to get acquainted with the latest equipment, questioning the heads of the practice, inviting production specialists to professional skills competitions, etc. , 6 videos1)

The establishment of close ties with representatives of the business class is largely facilitated by the branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the city of Tekeli and the Almaty region. For example, thanks to the active participation of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs, an internship was organized for the master of industrial training in the specialty "Maintenance, repair and operation of a car" Abdualieva Zh.N. on the basis of the Kazakhstan car assembly factory "Asia Auto" (photo 7)

From year to year, the number of enterprises ready to take part in the training of highly qualified specialists is increasing, as evidenced by the increase in concluded contracts (diagram 1)

Such close cooperation with social partners allows to increase the employment of graduates, which is especially valuable at the present time (diagram 2)

To train specialists, the college has an appropriate material base: an educational building, the design capacity of which is 400 student places, 14 classrooms for general education and special disciplines, three computer labs equipped with modern computers and interactive equipment, 5 workshops, 3 laboratories, a mini-stadium, a library, a hostel for nonresidents for 105 seats, a canteen for 100 seats, a medical center. A training bar and a training mini-hotel are open and operate.

The college has accumulated a wealth of experience in training the profession "Electric and gas welder". A unique opportunity to practice skills and abilities at the initial stage of mastering the profession is provided by the virtual CSWAVE installation for training electric and gas welders. This machine, which gives the opportunity to save raw materials, helps to increase the efficiency of both the lessons of the production and the theoretical cycle. 4500 laid down gas welding exercises and the same number of arc welding exercises can be performed 16 times, depending on the difficulty. Repeated execution will achieve the best results in a short period of time.

The electric and gas welding workshop is equipped with 12 stationary workstations that meet all safety requirements. There are 8 welding transformers of the TD-300 brand, a universal welding rectifier VDU 1000, welding transformers "Mates" AC / DC in the amount of 5 pieces, a mobile diesel welding unit, gas-welding generators of the ASP-10 and ASP 1.25-6 brands, complete sets of welding torches, torches, hoses, as well as oxygen and gas reducers. In 2010, equipment for argon welding and welding of incriminating evidence was purchased, which allow welding high-alloy metals and at the same time obtaining high quality seams.

To train students in the profession "Electrician for power networks and electrical equipment", an electrical installation workshop has been equipped, which has everything necessary for their professional development. The workshop is equipped with electricians' workstations, which are equipped with individual tools, assembly boards for drawing up various electrical circuits. Also available are electrified manuals, counters SO-N09497, SEE-00Z-T2, CO-2N2, SA-4U-E704, fuses PN_2-250 (g), PN2-400 (g), PN 35kV, 24kV; automatic machines AB -25; 50; 60 test benches, posters for safety up to 1000V, personal protective equipment. In 2012, standard laboratory equipment, a set of boards and electrical installation tools were purchased.

Training in the specialty "Locksmith for car repair" is conducted in the workshop, which has the most modern equipment, including computer geometry and a tire workshop. For the training of drivers of the category "VS" there are 6 cars, a training ground, an office for traffic rules and traffic safety, equipped with computers, into which training and test control programs are introduced. The office is equipped with wall-mounted stationary stands with prohibiting, warning and other traffic signs. And there are two car simulators to practice driving skills.

Taking into account the requirements of international standards that provide for the training of specialists in complex professions, a basis has been created for training hairdressers-fashion designers and specialists in the hotel industry. Laboratories by profession "Hairdresser-fashion designer" meet modern requirements by all criteria. They have everything: from individual workplaces to pedicure equipment. Laboratory and practical classes are conducted in the training workshop, which is equipped with 5 fully equipped and equipped workstations, the workshop has a dryer, climazon, washing chair, trollers, manicure tables, pedicure chairs, cosmetic devices, hairdressing tools and accessories.

A training hotel and a training bar have been opened to train personnel in the profession "Organization of hotel services", the equipment of which is equated to real conditions, which makes it possible for masters to conduct classes, teaching students using the most modern equipment. VIP and deluxe hotel rooms are equipped with hot and cold water supply, bathrooms, wardrobes, double and single beds, sofa, armchairs, refrigerators, dish cabinets, plasma TVs, bedside tables, desks, reception desk, couch ( bench), carpets and rugs.

One of the popular professions in demand at all times is the profession of a cook. For the high-quality training of specialists of this profile, there is a laboratory, the equipment of which has significantly improved over the past two years. The laboratory is fully equipped with the necessary equipment. In 2012, equipment for the amount of 25 million tenge was purchased to improve the workshop at the expense of the republican budget.

A modern person, wherever he works, needs the ability to work on a computer. That is why specialists - computer operators, possessing information technologies, find application of their professional skills in many spheres of the economy. The laboratory for this profession is equipped with the latest computer technology: an interactive whiteboard ActivBoard78, a multimedia video projector, 32 RVActivote testing devices, and an Activslate graphic panel.

Almost all classrooms have interactive equipment: there are 3 computer labs, 6 interactive whiteboards, 6 multimedia projectors.

Taking into account the development plan of the city of Tekeli, the main direction of which is tourism, since 2011 the college has begun training in the profession "Tourism". To train specialists in this profession, tourist equipment and equipment was purchased for the amount of 1,155.5 thousand tons.
